TribeNest

Cookie Policy

Last updated: March 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Couplements UG (haftungsbeschränkt), operating as TribeNest, uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website https://tribenest.co and inside the TribeNest creator dashboard (together the "Service").

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to the site owners. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, and pixels, which store or transmit small amounts of data from your browser. In this Cookie Policy, "cookies" refers to all of these technologies unless otherwise specified.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

We categorize cookies into the following groups. Where consent is required under the German TTDSG and the GDPR, we ask for it before setting non-essential cookies.

Strictly Necessary

These cookies are essential for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled. They include cookies for storing your cookie consent preferences, your theme (light/dark mode) preference, authentication tokens that keep you logged in to the dashboard, CSRF/security tokens, and short-lived load-balancer cookies. Legal basis: § 25(2) TTDSG (strictly necessary) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract).

Analytics / Performance

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the marketing site and how creators use the dashboard, by collecting and reporting information anonymously. We use Vercel Analytics for this purpose. These cookies are only set if you give your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and § 25(1) TTDSG.

Marketing / Third-Party

These cookies are set by third-party services embedded on the marketing site (such as testimonial/review widgets). They are only set if you give your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and § 25(1) TTDSG.

5. Dashboard, Integrations & AI Storage

Inside the TribeNest creator dashboard we use additional storage in your browser to deliver the Service: - Authentication and session cookies (strictly necessary) to keep you signed in and to protect your account. - localStorage / IndexedDB for offline drafts, theme settings, and UI preferences. - Cookies and tokens set when you connect third-party integrations (Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Spotify, Mailchimp, and similar). These cookies are only set after you complete the connection flow and are necessary to perform the actions you authorize. They are subject to each provider's own cookie policy. - Mira AI interaction storage: when you ask Mira a question or open a briefing, the request and response are stored on our servers (see Privacy Policy, Sections 7 and 10). The dashboard may also temporarily cache the latest briefing in your browser to speed up display; this cache is cleared when you sign out. - LiveKit and video-streaming cookies, used only when you start or join a live stream. - Crisp support-chat cookies, set if you open the support chat widget. We do not place advertising/retargeting cookies in the dashboard. Marketing-site advertising cookies (if any, e.g., for testimonial widgets) are listed in the table in Section 4 and are only set with your consent.

6. How to Manage Cookies

When you first visit our marketing site, a cookie consent banner will appear allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in the footer of any page. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in to the dashboard or using core features of the Service.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and the German Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG), you have the right to withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the rights described in our Privacy Policy (https://tribenest.co/privacy), including the right to object to profiling by the Mira AI agent.

8. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, new integrations, or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
