Zoom (for 1:1 video calls) stays where it is.

§ 01, THE STACK YOU REPLACE

Eight tools, one bill, all of it $29.

The typical coaching stack runs Kajabi for courses and memberships, Calendly Teams for bookings, Mighty Networks for community, Mailchimp for email, Stripe Invoicing for retainer billing, Streamyard for group sessions, Linktree for social, and Patreon for paid extras. Below is what that stack actually costs. TribeNest replaces all of it. Zoom (for 1:1 client video calls) stays where it is.

What you're paying forReal cost
Course platformKajabi Basic$179/mo
Bookable calendarCalendly Teams$20/mo
Group communityMighty Networks$39/mo
Email marketingMailchimp$15/mo
Retainer invoicingStripe Invoicing$5/mo
Group session streamingStreamyard$25/mo
Smart link in bioLinktree Premium$15/mo
Paid bonus membershipsPatreon (10 to 12%)$60/mo
Stack total / month$358/mo

Estimates use public 2026 pricing. Kajabi Basic at $179, Mighty Networks at $39, Patreon at 12% effective drag on $500 MRR. Zoom (for 1:1 client video calls) intentionally not in this stack because TribeNest's livestream is for group sessions and webinars; coaches typically use Zoom for 1:1. TribeNest is flat $29.

§ 02, WHY COACHING SAAS IS OVERPRICED

Three reasons most coaches overpay for tools.

Specific structural problems with how independent coaches monetize in 2026.

  • 01

    Kajabi's entry tier is $179 a month.

Kajabi's lowest plan is $179/month with a 2,500 contact cap. Growth is $249. Pro is $499. The pricing assumes you're already established. Independent coaches starting out pay six months of platform fees before they break even. TribeNest is $29 flat with no contact cap.

  • 02

Bookings, payments, and reminders live in 4 tools.

To take a paid 1:1 coaching session today you'd typically use Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payment, and a separate confirmation/reminder tool. Three tools, three logins, three places where the integration can break. TribeNest combines all of it into one bookable calendar with payment up front.

  • 03

Community lives in a separate platform from courses.

Mighty Networks ($39 to $119/month) is where your community lives. Kajabi is where your course lives. Mailchimp is where your email list lives. None of them share a customer record. A new student signs up to your course and they're nowhere near your community.

§ 03, THE SESSION MATH

What $50 actually pays. Per session, after fees.

A coach with 30 monthly $50 sessions ($1,500 monthly revenue). Same revenue, two very different platform costs.

Where you take the bookingYou net per sessionPlus monthly platform cost
TribeNest, 30 sessions at $50$1,447.50After Stripe, no platform fee
Kajabi Basic + Calendly + Stripe$1,236.50Same revenue minus $179 + $12
Calendly + Stripe + Mailchimp + site$1,394.50Multiple bills, no courses
GoHighLevel Starter$1,350.50$97/mo plus features locked behind tiers

TribeNest figure shown after Stripe processing (2.9% + 30 cents). Kajabi figure assumes Basic at $179 and Calendly Teams at $20, amortized across 30 monthly sessions. Total monthly platform tax: $199 on Kajabi vs $29 on TribeNest. Annualized: $2,040 difference.

§ 04, MEET MIRA

Mira watches the practice so you can coach.

Mira reads bookings, course progress, retainer renewals, community activity, and intake form sentiment. She tells you what to do next. You spend the saved hours actually coaching clients.

A · Every morning
She tells you which client needs you.

Sessions today, course progress drops, retainer renewals at risk, intake spikes, group session signups. One clear briefing. Before your first call.

Mira ▸ 3 clients stalled at module 3 for 14+ days. Drafted a personal check-in for each. Plus 12 new discovery requests overnight.
B · When you ask
Plain English, real client data.

"Which client is at risk of churning?" "What's my best discovery-call to paid conversion?" "Which course module loses the most students?" Instant answers.

Mira ▸ At-risk: 3 retainer clients haven't logged in in 21+ days. Best discovery-call conversion: 30-min free + 4-session package. Module 4 loses 38% at minute 14.
C · When she notices
She doesn't wait to be asked.

Course completion drift, retainer renewal at risk, group sessions filling fast, no-show pattern. She surfaces it the moment it matters.

Mira ▸ Friday group session is 22/25 seats. Same time last week was 18/25. Open a second Saturday cohort? Drafted the announcement.
D · When you have a goal
Tell her your number. She plans the path.

"$15K MRR in 90 days." Mira checks pacing, simulates 3 tactics (cohort cadence, retainer pricing tier, free workshop funnel), tracks weekly.

Mira ▸ $15K MRR in 90 days: doable with current funnel × 1.6. Best path: 2 cohorts/month + premium tier at $499. Pace check Sundays.

§ 06, QUESTIONS

Common questions.

What independent coaches and consultants want to know before consolidating onto TribeNest.

Will TribeNest replace Zoom for my 1:1 client calls?

No. TribeNest livestream is built for group sessions, webinars, and Q&As, not 1:1 video calls. Most coaches keep Zoom (or Google Meet, Whereby) for 1:1 client calls and use TribeNest for everything else: bookings, payment, course delivery, group community, livestream group sessions, and email. Zoom links work fine inside TribeNest's booking calendar.

Can I import my Kajabi courses and members?

Yes. Course content (videos, lessons, quizzes) imports via Kajabi export. Members and their progress import as CSV. Onboarding usually takes 2 to 4 hours for a typical 5 to 10 course library. Existing course buyers keep access during the transition.

Does the booking calendar handle group sessions and recurring appointments?

Yes. Set service types (60-min discovery, 4-session package, weekly group class). Group bookings have capacity limits. Recurring appointments are scheduled in series. Reminder emails fire automatically at customizable intervals.

How does the community compare to Mighty Networks or Circle?

TribeNest's community is tier-gated, lives on your domain, and integrates directly with your course platform and bookings. Same login as the course. Free clients see the public discussion; paid clients see member-only channels. Direct messages, comment threads, and group channels are included. No separate signup.

Can I gate course access by purchase or by membership tier?

Both. Sell a course as one-time purchase ($299), a subscription ($29/mo), or include it as a perk of a Gold membership tier ($79/mo). Drip schedules, milestone unlocks, and quiz gates work in any pricing model. Coaches often combine all three across their offering.

Does TribeNest replace QuickBooks or Xero?

No. TribeNest invoicing handles client billing and recurring retainers, but bookkeeping (QuickBooks, Xero, Wave) stays where it is. TribeNest exports invoice and revenue data for your accountant. Use both: TribeNest for clients, accounting tool for the books.

What does Mira actually do for a coach?

Mira reads your bookings, course progress, retainer renewals, community activity, and intake-form sentiment, and gives you one daily briefing. She flags clients stalled in your course, drafts re-engagement check-ins, identifies which discovery-call format converts best, and forecasts cohort fill rates. She proposes; you approve every action.

Will Mira message my clients or change my prices without me?

No. Mira only ever proposes. Every action, sending a check-in, raising a tier price, opening a new cohort, requires your explicit approval. She drafts. You decide. She also doesn't run your 1:1 video calls; Zoom (or Google Meet) stays where it is for actual sessions.
